eclectic & faded glamour | trendey
Hellu! 🙂 Hope all is very fine and that the summer has been sunny & relaxing. It’s been a while, so there’s lot’s of decor inspiration coming up! I couldn’t choose between a bed- or bath or living-roomed themed post, or a countryish or eclectic, so instead here’s one big bunch of pics that’s burning hot at the mo – when late Summer is turning into fall.
Firstly, it’s a great idea to keep the summer intact inside with some floral fabrics and/or happy colours. Loving this – trendy! – color scheme. Greys and colour sparkle (left pic via French camengo, a fabric named “portobello”; right via the Dutch home decor inspiration vtwonen ). Moving on to…

Or well, floor patterns in all forms! And hey, the ikat pillow is gorgeous, don’t you think? I just bought one yesterday for our bedroom, with an orange ikat pattern (at Bromma blocks, a shopping mall in Stockholm). Now let’s stop for a while and indulge in these beautiful floors….
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Moroccan tiles. I’d say yes to these two floors without an eye blink! Left via sköna hem, right via unknown source (if someone knows, please tell me). Gorgeous. Why – in the whole wide world – choose white or beige or any other boring tiles when you can have this beautifulness?
This is from the cover of another of my other fav magazines, Elle decor. You can not really tell whether it’s a rug or the floor – anyway, it’s nicely patterned! And a great combination of colours. Loving the pile of books and the other details too (like the drinks trolley!).
These pics above are just so nice, I think. Symbolising how walls vs still life can work wonders together.( Left via vt wonen, right via hus & hem). Lastly….
